Text area

A text area lets a user input a longer amount of text than a standard text field. It can include all of the standard validation options supported by the text field component.

The text area component is not themeable. This component is always presented with the default colours, no matter which theme is used in the product.

The colours used by the text area component are the colours present in the global theme.
